Terms + Conditions for Bethany Rose Yoga
Live Online, Memberships Subscriptions + In Person Classes

Bethany Rose Yoga is a platform providing live, pre-recorded and in person Yoga classes. The pre-recorded yoga classes can be viewed by signing up to a membership subscription.

By signing up to The Virtual Yoga Studio membership subscription you agree to a recurring monthly fee. You accept reasonability for all recurring payments to your subscription until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, it will end on your next payment date. For example: Your subscription begins on the 10th of January. Your next payment will be on the 10th of February. If you cancel your subscription on the 15th of January, you will still have access to The Virtual Yoga Studio until the 10th of February.

You agree that you are 18 years of age or above.

By accessing/attending these classes, whether they are live, pre-recorded videos or in person classes you agree that you are physically fit and healthy to take part in the classes. Some of the classes can be physically demanding and you agree that it is your responsibility to consult with your doctor prior to taking part. You agree that you will listen to your body, adjust your body or posture or release the pose completely if you experiance any pain or discomfort during the session. You will not perform any poses to the extent of strain or pain. You acknowledge that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.

By signing up to The Virtual Studio’s monthly subscription to gain access to the pre-recorded videos, you agree not to share these videos with anyone who is not a subscriber and I reserve the rights to all of my online material. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your login details and to keep them secret to yourself. You agree to not give your log in details to anyone else or allow anyone else to use your log in.

I reserve the rights to make any changes to the online subscription format but ensure that I will inform subscribers of any changes that are made.

You accept that the instructor is not liable for any injury or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking the class.

Cancellation Policy – Due to limited spaces in the in person classes, there is a strict no refund cancellation policy.

You agree to allow Beth to send you updates and marketing emails. But don’t worry, if you don’t want to be on the mailing list, you can unsubscribe at anytime.
